This is what the majority of COVAL clients engage in. You still get the perks of 1-on-1 training (individualized coaching and program design), but you’re sharing a time slot with up to 3 other people. Everyone is doing their own program, but the coaching is spread out among 4 clients at a time.
Semi-private memberships are month-to-month. No contracts required. All semi-private memberships include:
4 sessions/mo: $290/mo
8 sessions/mo: $480/mo
12 sessions/mo: $650/mo
16 sessions/mo: $775/mo
1-on-1 Personal Training
If you’re not quite ready to be in my semi-private option, and would rather have my undivided time and attention, then 1-on-1 training might be a great fit for you.
Availability is very limited.
$150 per 1 hour session
