I've considered doing some videos explaining my philosophy when it comes to training clients.
Everything from exercise selection and breaking down what's going on with specific lifts and exercises to things I consider when programming with clients and everything in between.

Honestly, it's something I would love to do, but my fear has been that nobody would be interested in learning about it.
Maybe people aren't and if they aren't, then I'm cool with it.
