1) Reflect & analyze - take a look at your behaviors and actions over the past 2-8 weeks. Do they match up with where you want to go? If not, then it's time to….
2) Adjust - "insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result" - Albert Einstein
3) Do your best to avoid reverting back to old habits - this is the worst thing that you can do for yourself. If you find yourself here, then probably the most effective thing that you can do is change your environment since that is what likely lead to you reverting back to old habits in the first place.
