If you've trained with me, you know that I have a different approach to training "core".
I'll simply define the core as the musculature around your throax (ribcage) down to the base of your pelvis.
Your core acts a bridge between the upper and lower extremities. The goal with the core is to transfer force between the two.
It often gets neglected, and especially now that people are training less and sitting more at home behind a computer doing Zoom meetings most of the day.
To combat that, I HIGHLY recommend that you adopt "Wall Press Abs" into your daily routine.
Click here to check the coaching video that I did so that you can implement it into your daily routine.
This will be great for those of you who might be experiencing an achy back, tight hip flexors, or just to simply get moving in the middle of the day and boost your energy.
Let me know how it goes!
