This is pretty simple, yet profound.
If you're struggling to lose weight, then I challenge you to 30 days of no snacking.
If you're eating 3 meals per day, then this is pretty straightforward.
If you're not eating 3 meals per day, and you tend to "graze", then this will be more of a lifestyle overhaul. You're going to have to structure your day with a set number of meals.
Protein is the most satiating (aka fills you up) macronutrient that you can consume, so build your meals around 1.5-2 palm-sized portions of protein. I promise you, if you use the protein rule as the centerpiece to each meal, then you will not feel hungry in between meals. Especially if you mix with a handful of rice, potato, or quinoa + some veggies.
