One of the Best Forms of Therapy

Writing.

I first heard how great writing was years ago, but wrote it off as "not for me".

Then I flirted with it on and off for a few years before making it a regular part of life for the past couple of years.

As time goes, the more I enjoy it.

It's a great way to reflect on my journey and share it with everyone in hopes that it makes a positive impact on your life.

I get practice at finding my writing voice.

I get to transfer thoughts that occupy my brain and get them on a screen. There's something that is therapeutic about that.

Someday, I'm going to make a big impact on a lot of lives with my writing. I don't know when. I don't know how. I just know that as long as I continue to practice, kick out these emails weekly, and continue to write to myself that it will all come to fruition some day.

Until then, if you feel stuck, frustrated, or you simply want to lighten the load on your mind, then I highly encourage you to start writing.

It's a great way to spend some "me" time.
