Keeping Ann Arbor Restaurants Alive & Eating Healthy: Seva's
Now, this may come as a bit of a surprise to some of you that highlight Seva's as most of you know, I don't eat at vegetarian restaurants. It's nothing personal, it's just not my preference.
However, there were multiple requests for Seva's from you guys AND I couldn't care less if what they serve isn't my preference. I want to help them!
So with that said, below are 3, protein-based menu items that I recommend.
CHARGRILLED VEGETABLE SALAD
As you might have guessed, this bad boy is LOADED with vegetables!
Add tempeh or tofu to ensure that you get a decent amount of protein.
GREEK QUINOA SALAD
Not much to say different about the quinoa salad than the chargrilled vegetable salad. Tons of veggies and obviously you get quinoa added.
Same principle with the Greek Quinoa as the CV salad…add either tempeh or tofu.
This actually looks pretty damn good! Skip the toast if you're trying to lose weight.
