I was playing basketball last weekend and one of my friends said this to the group in-between games.
I was really inspired by his aspirations and it's lead to me pondering what I want to be able to do when I'm 70.
My friend will need to do a lot of things right over the next 47 years, but right now he has a great foundation. At 6'1 he has a 42 inch vertical jump, he's strong as an ox, and he does a great job of taking care of himself mentally and physically.
There will be a number of factors that will come into play over the years (i.e. getting further into his career, a family, etc) that will make it more difficult to maintain the qualities and habits that one needs to possess in order to be able to pull something off like dunking at 70 years old, but its doable.
Stealing a line from Jim Collin's book "Built to Last" it's a "big, hairy, audacious goal" better known as a BHAG.
So I'm curious, do you have any BHAG's. If so, what is it/are they?
For me, my next BHAG is to operate COVAL Fitness from my home by 2025.
