These words came from a current client who had been training on his own.
3x per week. 2 hours per trip to the gym. That's 6 hours total per week.
Now, he comes in 2x per week and spends roughly 60-70 minutes at the gym each time. That's 2-2 hours and 20 minutes per week. 2/3 less time than before.
Yet, his results with less time in the gym have produced much greater results for him (he's 66 years old by the way).
Aches & pains aren't a day-to-day experience for him anymore. He's more lean and stronger than ever. Those are physical benefits that I'm sure most of you are striving for as well.
