I've mentioned in the past that I use Sunday's as a writing day. It's where I sit down for 30-90 minutes and write out my emails for the week.

Yesterday, that didn't happen.

I'm SLAMMED with getting everything ready to go for the 8 Week Transform & Perform Program. I'm really excited for it though and believe it's going to be one of the best, if not the best, 8 week programs that I've done yet.

With all that said, I didn't make any time yesterday to sit down and write, but I wanted to at least provide some value to start the week.
