Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Write down a Big "T" and on the left side put "habits that could help me reach my goals" & then on the right put "bad habits that I currently have that are hurting me reach my goals".
You're going to write down as many as you can think of for each category in the 5 minutes allotted and then attack it with the formula learned in the previous 2 blog posts.
