Especially now, it's easy to fall back into bad habits or develop not so good habits.

Find that "one thing" that brings your life together. For me, it was my planner. From March 15th until March 22nd I basically spent my days all over the map addressing urgent matters. During that time I think I opened my planner twice. Once I opened my planner back up, planned my week out, and then tracked the details of my week inside of my planner, things got much more manageable and things started going better.
What's your "planner"?
Maybe it's exercise.
Maybe it's reading every day first thing when you wake up and right before bed?
Maybe it's a consistent sleep/wake routine.
Whatever it is, find that one thing and leverage to keep you on track during this strange time in our lives.
