I've had an uptick recently in the number of distant clients that I'm writing programs for online.
Metro Detroit/Ann Arbor, Denver, Phoenix, LA, and Minneapolis are some of the locations where my program design clients live so I can bring this to you no matter where you are (seriously, even programmed for pro basketball player living in China before).
This uptick in clients has been fun for me and I've enjoyed the process of doing the assessments, writing the programs, and the follow-up with the clients regarding those programs.
In a nutshell, the process looks like this:
-assessment to determine needs and goals (you will also send me photos of your current gym set up so I know how to write up your program)
-I write up the program complete with coaching videos like this that will help you ensure that you're executing properly
-A follow up video that will be of me explaining the details of your program so you know exactly what is going on
-a manual that will show you how to push yourself and progress yourself when in the gym
-each month we progress with a new program that builds on the previous months work
This is a 3 month-commitment that then goes month-to-month.
If you have worked with me extensively in the past, then the first 3 months is $600. If we have never worked together before then the investment is $750 (extra $150 to cover the assessment).
Realistically, I can add 10 more clients to my schedule at the moment. If you're interested in a spot, then respond to this email and we can set up a time to chat.
